New Years is Coming… I need a Drink!

Most of my friends know that my drink of choice is the Zombie. Enjoy this tune about the Zombie at the 1939 New York World’s Fair.
The Zombie was invented by Donn Beach. I first had a zombie the year i turned 21, same year i went to Bartending school. The drink is so good, sweet and you cannot taste the alcohol till, well, it’s to late. With 3-5oz of rum depending on what recipe is used. Most bars use a very light recipe, 1-2oz of rum, these are bad bars and should be shunned.
You maybe wondering what recipe I will use, maybe not, however, here is my recipe for the Zombie.
Randal’s Zombie…
2oz Orange juice
2oz pineapple juice
1oz light rum
1oz Dark rum
2oz Spiced rum
float 1oz rum 151
I also put together a few more dead drinks.
The Corpse
1shot glass.
1/2 151
1/2 Blackberry brandy
Drop lemon juice on top.
Wake the dead
1/3 Rosa’s lime juice mixed with Lemon Juice
fill 151
One might say that I love rum
