We pay for the “Charter internet Plus” package. Up to 18mb down and 2 mb Up! not bad for price. However, at night we get dumped down to maximum 7mb, on average it’s about 2.0 to 6.0 mb. “Slow Network File Copy issues in Windows 7 caused by Remote Differential Compression” – http://tinyurl.com/mh5ww5 I did this and went from 2mb to 12mb transfers on my internal network. Spiffy!
